How to re-authorize a payment that has been refunded

Hello everyone, 

Question from a merchant perspective. Due to techical issues, a payment has been refunded (it should not have been). We are looking into a way to collect the funds. Is there a way to re-authorize a refunded transaction?

Any help would be much appreciated.

You would need to ask the recipient of the refund to pay again, ask them to use the send money option OR send them a money request.
