How long money receiving to my visa ?

I have received an amount from ebay to my visa but the money has not been added to my bank account so far from November 6 to November 13 Is anyone able to help me

You say they sent it to your visa but then talk about your bank account.

So which is it, you withdrawing to a visa card OR a bank account?
