How do I use my PayPal balance to make a cash transfer to store?

If I have money in my PayPal wallet, how do I make a transfer to store for cash pick up? There doesn't seem to be an option.

If you are in these countries, you can use Xoom, a PayPal service, to transfer money from your balance to a cash pick up location. Otherwise, you can’t get cash for pick up and have to link a bank account or card and transfer money to bank or card.
