How do I transfer PART of my PayPal balance to my bank account?

I am having trouble figuring out a way to send just a part of my PayPal balance to my bank account. I've seen several descriptions of how to do it but they are not accurate. Any help would be appreciated.

When you click to withdraw the funds just enter in the amount you want to withdraw.
