Fiverr withdrawal failed

I'm not Abel to transfer my fiverr funds to this paypal account. It failed every time i make withdraw please help me with this issue and let know the right e-mail ID to connect with the PayPal customer support.

Did you complete KYC?

KYC - Know Your Customer - PayPal India

The primary email address you log in with to PayPal is the correct email ID to use.
