I understand you're looking to get your funds back. To accept the payment, the receiver needs to verify their PayPal account by linking and confirming their bank/card. As the payment is in completed status, the money is in receiver's account and only receiver can issue the refund from their account. You can ask the receiver to verify their account to get the funds and reach out to our team through the available contact options at the bottom of PayPal page for any additional assistance.
