Double payment

Hello, 

I just made a purchase from Banana Republic and noticed that PayPal was charged twice. However the website only finalized the purchase on the second charge. I'm hoping the first one gets cancelled once the item ships? Is that how it would work?

Does the second one show as pending and the first completed or payment?

They're both pending. I contacted Banana Republic and they said only one order was placed...so I think it's safe to say only one will go through in PayPal. I'll keep an eye on it

If they only claim / capture x1 then the other should time out at 30 days if the company can't void it.

If x2 are claimed / captured then they can refund x1 payment.
