Donate via StreamLabs money on hold

I have a presonal PayPal account and I connected it to my streamlabs so I can get donates, but my donate is on HOLD? any idea why? why do I need to tell shipping information when its not a physical item? how to recieve them fast? or how to make it never happen again?

Open the transaction and click “Add tracking info” button. Select “Order processed”. Then 48 hrs from payment date, ask sender to confirm receipt.

My advice is to go with the flow. Fast, and rushing it won’t work well. And you can’t make it never happen again. It’s a PayPal security system to reduce risk/loss. 

And ask PayPal for preapproval if doing live streaming/broadcasting:
