Customer Service Wont Do Anything, Wont Give me Answers

Paypal unfortunately is one of the only apps you can really use to exchange payments, it is best recognized globally and I thought that it wouldn't be difficult to set it up because of those reasons. But paypal had to be on of the biggest scams ever. Customer service is like nonexistent. You try and call and they say it is not during business hours you try and chat and they just stick you with a robot and when you try and chat with a real person again some how it is not business hours.   Everything about paypal has been so extremally frustrating. 

 

I just made my business account so that I could keep personal information like my first and last name out of receipts and transactions, but I have the account for less than a week and I can not receive money or send it. I verified my email, and I linked my bank account. I've done everything for the set up and it just doesn't work with no explanation. Every time I try to find an answer it just constantly asks if i have verified my email or added my bank account. And I cant update my business info. I add the new info and click save and every time it save the boxes remain empty. There is no one else that has access to my account just me and I am just really annoyed at this point. For a big company like this there shouldn't be these many stupid problems.
