Credit cards suddenly dissapeared from "available cards to send payment to"

I want to report a problem with my paypal account

i've always been able to transfer funds to my prefered credit card from my paypal balance in seconds

two days ago i noticed that the 4 saved credit card i had in my wallet, don't show up anymore in the (available credit cards)

list. i've always been able to choose my credit card from the list of four credit cards, when i go from the homepage and press "transfer funds"

but some kind of error on paypal's half, causes the saved credit cards to not show up after i press transfer funds, instead i have to press, "don't see all your banks or cards?" after i press that option, i'm given the list of saved credit cards that i've always been able to trasfer funds to, but now it says "These can't be used for transfers"

Please help me with this problem, because i find it very annoying that i'm not able to transfer funds directly to my credit card from paypal funds
