Checking out not working

Hello, I’m checking out my bills on this shopping site and i want to pay the bill in monthly instalments. But anytime I check out they asked me to link my bank and when I do that PayPal says I can’t link my bank to PayPal but I have already linked it with my card. Can I get any help ? My bank is ING and I’m in Germany I’m shopping from Zalando

I'm sorry you're having trouble setting up monthly payments for paying your bills. If I understand correctly, it sounds like the merchant's checkout flow is requiring you to have a linked bank account to establish the automatic payment. You can link a bank account by following the instructions on our Help Center here: How do I link a bank account to my PayPal account? However, accounts registered in Germany are only able to use bank accounts for sending payments to personal accounts or withdrawing at this time. To make regular purchases, you would only be able to use the linked card that you mentioned.
