Hey everyone! I have sent some invoices out and my clients cant pay. One their end it says "This transaction has been declined to comply with international regulations". How do I fix this?

Have you confirmed any linked cards on your account to verify it first?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
