Cancel recurring payment not working

Hi , I have a problem when cancelling recurring payments . I can cancel some of them but there are two recurring payments that when i click on them so that i go to next menu (cancel option) the page keeps loading and it never goes to next step where the cancel option exists . So i cannot cancel them . I repeat that i have already cancelled other recurring payments but i face this problem with 2 of them . Thanks, Nora

Ask customer services to cancel them for you?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
