Can you transfer from gift cards?

I got some gift cards loaded on my account trying to transfer but it isnt working, are there just specific ones that work? 

Need help with rent like bad i see 3k ppl online a dollar from each would go a long away and tried giving tree and nothing

You cannot extract the cash from gift cards to your account. You can “maybe” send money (depending if the transaction goes through) or to make a purchase with as intended.
