Got into a stalemate:
I made an eBay purchase that their delivery service couldn't deliver. Ebay made a return, but I changed the bank and the card with which I made the payment is no longer valid, only the account remains.
Paypal in the recommendations writes to contact the bank, but they told me that they were rejecting this return (there is no longer a card) and they can’t help in any way. What you need to write to Paypal and ask for a refund to the account (not to the card) or to another card.
But I can't contact Paypal support. Chat does not work for my country (as soon as I log in, this function disappears) and I cannot call either.
Please help with advice on how to proceed.
