Hi here, I tried fill up my Battle.net wallet (screen 1). From my debit card amount was deducted, but Blizzard reject transaction 5804833425530834Y with status 'Canceled - Authorization' (screen 2). In my PayPal Activity I not see this one transaction at all (by this reason I not can report a problem to the resolution centre) (screen 3). I can see details just when go to the link 'View or manage Transaction' from mail message that was sent to me when transaction was created.
Deducted amount was not refund to back at yet on my debit card. Is It a normal behaviour and amount should be refunded to my card during 30 days? or should be created some research on the paypal side or my debit card bank side?
