Airbnb payment via PayPal didn’t went through

My Airbnb payment transaction via PayPal (which is linked to my grabpay card) didn’t went through even tho grab has deducted the money and confirm the transactions Why is this so? Or do I have to wait a few more days to be able to see the transaction? As of now on the same day, PayPal still didn’t reflect the transaction on the activity page And if I can get a refund who should I contact? Grab or PayPal? Please help

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear a recent transaction isn't going quite as you had expected. If you paid as a guest, you normally would not see the transaction in your PayPal activity. However the transaction would still be charged through the funding source you chose at checkout. If you have problems with the transaction, I would recommend reaching out to the merchant first before our Customer Support.
