90% of my payments from usa are put on hold.!! really hurts my business.

hello everyone im a seller on Facebook groups .Im based in Europe. selling collectables. and 90% of all my payments from usa get put on hold. most purchases average at around 300 dollars. and PayPal only releases these when it arrives at the recipients address.
however whenever someone from a non US country pays, say Malaysia , or a European one. they do not put their payments on hold.
Only U.S based payments are put on hold. unfortunately 90% of my customers are from the usa, so all my funds are held until they arrive the recipients address.
This is absolutely crippling my business. and whats worse iv selling using PayPal for like last 6 months, and their still holding my money. even after big orders of 1000$ are successfully delivered. they keep on holding new customers.
this is endless, most of money is always held, which is destroying my business.
this holds only happen in us based buyers. what can i do to stop this, as its completely against my rights. not to mention all my customers only buy from me due to positive feedbacks on Facebook and referrals. and PayPal has a dispute center if there is a problem.
id really want non of my payments held, as iv kept on delivering items successfully, and their still holding my payments.
has anyone beaten this 100 percent.

Holds do not stop on your say so. When PayPal is satisfied you’ve built up a good track record they will eventually and gradually stop holding payments.

it still dosent make sense why they only hold usa payments. pretty biased. not to mention iv sold over 10k . feels more liek an error with their autromated sytem. as iv had payments of 30usd also put on hold. its seems to me that their website is broken.

I am from india my 2 payments are put on hold they are saying they will release after 21 days. We have to work hard for sales and payments then this peoples are holding our payments after charging 10 percnent commisssion. Its better to use gpay which is best option i believe.
