2 Payments need to be authorized

I've made two purchases for battle.net/Blizzard balances, yet I noticed Blizzard hasn't been able to give me my balance due to PayPal holding my money and having to manually authorize it? I can't report the transaction to PayPal support because it's being "authorized" and I've sent an email to PayPal support yet that didn't help either. Please authorise my transactions!

When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.
