Hello, I got some help from PayPal customer support over the phone and I want to give a good review of the person who helped me. I cant find anywhere to do that though. Usually they have a feedback survey or something for other companies, but I don't see one for PayPal.
I just want to add that I am really impressed with the customer service over the phone after having difficulty with dealing online with the complaint form. Congratulations on your phone service!
