Hi I'm in Ghana and I wanted to switch my PayPal business account to personal account

You live in Ghana but have a Lesotho PayPal account. You are not even supposed to use PayPal at all! To use PayPal from a country not on the permitted countries list is a restricted activity and could get your account banned. Good luck!

Have to contact customer services to downgrade to personal account:
