I am looking to buy a car, the car isn't local and I am unable to view it before purchase.
Am I able to send money via Paypal that is 'held' until I receive the vehicle, so that the seller is happy that the money is there and so I am happy that the seller doesn't have my money until I have the vehicle.
We looked at doing the purchase through Ebay but there is no buyers protection on Ebay for cars so am wondering if there might be on here instead.
I am worried this is a scam and don't want to get caught out.
Any help would be greatly received.
