I'm so upset - I launched my site today from shopify - I didn't realise it has a link for paypal. Someone purchased with paypal and I got an mail to set up a buisness account. I started to do that, then I got an email saying I was permanently disabled and I hadn't even had a chance to set my account properly, they refunded the lady who paid, and I got an email she cancelled the order, which I contacted her and she didn't. To the messages I emailed them I was told the decision is final - think it's an auto email, and when I tried the live chat they said try in buisness hours
