send money for some services but i can't see it the activity

I hope someone could help i transfer money for service

i didn't get what i order

and i can't see the activity but money was transfer from my account and arrive to the seller

what can i do?

In the photo you can see the picture what the account received  the money

Because i can't see it i can't open dispute

Need your help
