sealed court order

on 8/9 pp put a limitation on my acct they claim they received a sealed court order

today is 8/17 i have not heard from any court nor did i hear back from pp

i see other people had the same issue

my atty asked for a document number so he can subopena the record but they wond even give me that how does this get resolved
