I put in a refund request with proof of the cancelation and the resolution center denied my request saying they received proof from the seller i received the item,, how do they support scammers like this and deny good customers with proof of cancelation.

We review all cases objectively and with the intention of making a fair decision based on the verifiable information that is available at the time. If you don't agree with the outcome, you can appeal the case decision through your Resolution Center.
