paypal business account limited

Hey so it has been 4 to 5 days since my paypal account was limited and its been 4 days since i uploaded all required documents but i still haven't gotten any response from paypal neither in chat nor the limitation is removed 
I have a fully verified business account which i got a limit increase a week ago
