Hello! im currently trying to un-limit my new paypal account , but i had to resolve an issue with a old one, i payed the negative, then deleted my account. but when i go to my new account limitations it still says there is a old account with issues , but there are no emails attached anymore, its just blank

You can contact us by accessing to PayPal website, then you need to choose the flag of the country of your account at the end of the page. Next, click on the 'Help and contact' section.
