it seems my account access is temporary limited, but no asked any documentation

Hi there!

This is Iven from Sampaloc metro manila. Yesterday My PayPal account was limited, honestly Still I have not received any email from PayPal regarding this issue!!

In  resolution center It is showing a message like "Give us your feedback" and that's all, it is not asking any documentation or anything else.

I already tried to get customer support through both telephone calls and message options,

Still I did not able to get any response.

Honestly, my entire funds (Before this all funds was in the state available) hold and still there are options receive funds! and refund funds.

I cannot now withdraw or send or pay any payment.

I have just taken screen shot and attached here, 

I just found document upload link and uploaded my driving license  as proof of ID.ppp.PNG

Please somebody help me to resolve this issue.
