i can't widraw my money andy account is temporary limited

my concern is i have a balance to my PayPal i can't claim it or to transfer to my GCASH.due to my account is limited i submitted other document except the bank statement because i don't have that.i hope you solve my problem because it's very important to me.its more than 5 weeks ago i can't claim the money.

Unfortunately, if you're unable to provide a document requested through our Resolution Center, normally the limitation regarding that request would remain active on the account. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.
