I'm a hobbyist seller on ebay and a buyer disputed a purchase with baseless claims through paypal. Now my funds are in purgatory, it's been a month and paypal hasn't reviewed the claim. Ebay says I have to wait for Paypal to respond (i submitted evidence right away) but they are neither motivated nor objective. Is there anything I can i do?

Just have to wait it out unfortunately as paypal are inundated with claims and so take a while to process them all.
Advice is voluntary.
