Welcome to the PayPal Community! We're glad to have you here. You can cancel a dispute you've opened by going to the Resolution Center and reviewing your claim. Here you will find the option to cancel. Please bear in mind that once a claim is canceled, it cannot be re-opened. I hope this helps you out!
