can i change my business account to a person one?

Im no longer in business. how do i change my account to a personal one?

Hi Kittengirlsmom,

If your registered a business PayPal account as a legal entity, you will need to close the account and open a new Personal account; you cannot downgrade it. If you registered as an Individual or sole proprietorship, you could request the account to be downgraded. 

You can do so by contacting us via the contact us section at the bottom of your PayPal account or via Facebook and Twitter.
