blocked account for 180 days

My account just got blocked after i sent my documents to the resolution center 

This is inconveniencing me for real and am even regretting creating a paypal account 

Is this how they operate

they saying they email me how i can access my fund after 180days

PayPal just blocked your account without ever emailing that you cannot use PayPal anymore?

If they said you have to wait then you will have to wait 180 days to withdraw. PayPal allows 180 days to file disputes. They want the money there in case someone dispute a payment they sent you to refund them.
