hi.. i closed my old acc from a while and then i back today to create new account then paypal telling me this .. why ? what's the problem ?

Edit : if there 1% chance to back my main account will be thankful

You can't use PayPal anymore

At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services.


Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money.

Just faced the same problem of not being able to access my paypal account and tried talking to a customer support but I was given the following explanation:  'The review was internally done & although we cannot provide you the reason, I can assure you that this matter was thoroughly reviewed before we decide PayPal isn't the best payment option for you.'

I don't think my account did anything that is not in line with the 'User Agreement' but since the account is already been disabled I strongly feel that it would not be possible to gain access to this account again.

first login your paypal account

then scroll down .. click on Contact 
then Common Issues 
choose Password and account access 

then login problems 
there can create a ticket will send to support of paypal .. there you can chat with them i guess that's what i did

When we place a limitation, an email is sent to explain the reason for the limitation and what needs to be done to resolve the problem. Please help me .My account is permanently limited and Paypal said i need to wait 180 day before i can withdraw my funds .I also message them to resolve my limitations but they not helpful.I badly need my funds right now .Pleas help good person😭😭

After using PayPal for 23 yrs, they told me my account is no longer usable. I recently found they were putting all my items that were suppose to be paid through my bank, PayPal was adding to my credit account and jacking up the interest. I move all those charges to my bank card instead, and they canceled my account today!!!
