Xoom Money transfer delayed with their partner issue

I transferred money using xoom application and the transaction was delayed because of partner issue.. And i am everyday calling them they are saying issue has been escalated but no resolution yet...I don't know how many more days or months they will make me to wait....no one is properly responding and not working towards the case...My transaction was initiated on 22nd July 2021. Is there anyone facing similar issue now or in past..what else i can do make it escalated...They are now not cancelling my transaction saying that it is pending with Partner......Partner is no way related to end customer...it is the xoom responsibility to deal with their partners...Xoom should resolve this immediately...i m fed up with their service and will not be using it anymore..
