Usually, we’ll need a copy of your government-issued ID, and a proof of address issued within the past 12 months. You can take photos of them with your phone and upload them to us. You upload files to your PayPal account. Log in to your PayPal account on a web browser and go to your Confirm your Identity page, or click the bell icon near the top of the page.
