I keep getting a payment request from an account under the name Paul <removed>. He has asked for 1000, then 2000 then 500 euro. How do I block this thief from sending our requests for payment? Why doesn’t PayPal have a way fir me to block him from making any requests. I’m afraid my clumsy fingers won’t hit the tiny cancel button on my phone and then I’ll be stuck trying to get my money back from a con man.
Welcome to the PayPal Community! This certainly would be a concerning situation. If you don't recognize a user that is paying you or requesting money from you, you can block them using these steps.
