I have a pre-approved payment set up with Uber eats. (Now cancelled) today a payment came out which I did not authorise. My last order through Uber was in March but PayPal will not reverse the transaction and denied my dispute. I have contacted Uber because they payment is not linked to my Uber account and I need to know who is stealing from me. PayPal have been utterly useless regarding this! Anyone have any idea what I can do. Can’t even see an option to appeal the decline.
had the same thing happen to me on 01/05/24 except this was a direct debit sent up by E-bay commerce uk ltd pay pal wants nothing to do with it , can not get any info on who what why . thinking of closing my paypal account
