Transaction problem

Hi all. Hoping for help. I purchased a trial of a medical device that you get on prescription. It was meant to be free showed as free on the website using a gift code they provided. I had to go through PayPal which showed the full amount. I assumed an error clicked continue got sent back to the website and didn't manage to confirm the transaction instead it just processed and deducted £48 from my account. I immediately contacted the company who said they'd be in contact (4 days ago) and still nothing. I submitted a resolution case but filed by mistake under unauthorised access PayPal have obviously rejected this. I have tried to submit the correct case even before the result when I realised my mistake but cannot seem to do this. I also cannot speak to anybody online as always seem to be offline. Can anybody please advise?
