I paid an activation fee to release funds of R1960.. than I get the activation code and I am asked to pay another R3600.. to activate the activation code..product sold cost R5000

You’re being scammed. PayPal doesn’t charge activation fee and there isn’t a activation code to receive payment.

The fees PayPal charges are found here: Commercial Transaction Rates

And PayPal automatically deducts their fee from incoming payments and gives you the rest. PayPal does not ask you to pay a activation fee upfront in order to receive a payment.

Buyer didn’t send you any payment. They are just lying and say they paid, telling you to do pay this, pay that in order to get money.
