Stuck in never ending appeal over 30days now

PayPal closed case in sellers favour because he never picked up item soon as it closed he picked it up signed for it so I appealed case then called PayPal twice they told me I would get a refund for my 3200$ but noting appeal just keeps getting pushed back it’s been over 30 days now just in appeal I have no idea what my options are now I feel like PayPal helped a scammer rob me 😞

If the buyer won a dispute and a refund made then paypal can't force the buyer to pay again.

You should have declined the collection until you had been paid.

No I’m the buyer lol I shipped the item back to seller he never picked it up so PayPal sides with seller bc item was never delivered but he went and signed and picked it up right after case closed so I made an appeal as a buyer i never got a refund and the seller has he’s package back im trapped in a never ending appeal it seems
