Someone hacked into my account, made unauthorized transactions and closed my account

Hi

3 days ago, someone logged into my account and made a couple of transactions and closed my account. I received a few emails about the unauthorized activities. I immediately reported it to Paypal's support in Facebook as well as with my bank. They advised me to create an email stating what happened so I created one and even attached screenshots of the email messages about the unauthorized logins and activities that I received that day. However, I just received a response from Paypal support today saying that my report isn't an unauthorized activity? How did they quickly came up with that assumption without furthermore investigation?

Why would I waste my time reporting my case if it isn't a fraud?

Hope someone could help me in this community how to go about this situation since I need to wait hours before I receive a response from Paypal's Facebook support.

Thanks!
