Does anyone know how a scam seller can be reported to without entering into a transaction? There is a scammer on Facebook groups who steals product pictures and lists them for sale. She asks for personal payments instead of G&S, and she gives out false addresses. I have her PayPal address but I want to flag her so PayPal can investigate her account as several disputes have been raised but closed as they didn’t have buyer protection.
