Refunds from ebay commerce ltd uk Refusal by seller to honour it.

Using Paypal, I purchased an item on ebay. which was not fit for purpose. I returned the item for a refund which was refused because the seller claimed he had not received the item back, I have written proof that he DID. Ebay are refusing to help.  Can anyone out there help?

Did you send it with tracking and does it show online that the item was delivered back to the sellers ebay registered address?

Hi, I have a royal Mail print-out stating that the item was delivered.
