My invoice payment number #:0006 dated 05 10 2023 hold for 180 day I want receive payment urgently via Allied Bank Pakistan what I do?

Paypal is not available or supported in Pakistan.

Also you can't add another countries bank account to your country specific paypal account.

If you are in Dominica  and have registered a Business Account then you need to add a bank account and details from that country.

If you are in Pakistan and trying to use another countries paypal account to bypass the ban in your country then unfortunately that is against paypal rules and won't work for you.
