My account is permanently limited where i have a remaining balance of $80 or Php 4,000. It says wait for 180 days to get my remaining funds. It's too long i need that money to pay hospital bills. Can you help me get my remaining funds even if i can no longer use my paypal account anymore, anyone please i need that money it's emergency. Paypal community please even if i send you my birth certificate, electric bills receipt, my Gcash reciept for my e-Load business so that i can guarantee you that i use paypal for my business. I always advertise paypal for my friends and family because it is reliable and safe but why you permanently limit my account. I just need that money because it's emergency for my hospital bills. Please anyone could help me.

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, the account is in your legal name and registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Yes im 23 years old turning 24 this October.. it registered in my legal name also. I just need that money because i gonna use that to pay my hospital bills. Please help me
