Personal account was hacked and changed to someone's business account

It now shows their  SSN and tax ID, no transactions were made. I've updated all the passwords, put phone number back to me, but can't close due to an unknown pending transaction and can't get resolution on switching my account back to me through phone or chat bot. I've removed any back info and closed the card left.
