There was money taken from my account, i saw it on my bankaccount.
I withdrew the money from the bank and complained at Paypal.
They opened a case and after a while the case was resolved in my favor.
I already had taken the money back by my bankaccount so for me the case was closed.
But after a few weeks Paypal withdrew the amount from my Paypal account again.
So in short:
There was 110 Euro taken of my Paypal account (fraud).
I withdrew the 110 Euro that was taken from my bankaccount so i had my money back again.
The case was resolved in my favor.
Paypal withdrew 110 Euro again from my Paypal account, so the account is minus 110 Euro now.
I called hours with the service desk, they said it was a mistake of Paypal, it would be solved in a week.
After a week i called again ,than the serviceagent said Paypal was right to take the money.
I send emails and also complaints by the resolutioncenter, no answer.
I also received an email from a creditcompany that i had to pay.
I send them an anwer how it all went, no answer.
Emails to Paypal, no answer.
But still my account is minus 110 Euro.
So... Paypal is stealing money from their customers and doesnt anwer on anything.
Watch out!
Don't use Paypal!!!
I cannot close my account.
Anybody know how to end this hell!
