PayPal let a transaction go through on my account that I did not do. I recieved 250$ in NFC fees because of this. Then sent me an email that was supposed to be for me to give to my bank stating that the transactions were unauthorized and that they had refunded me which they ⁹ did not now they're saying it was authorized and basically they don't know what I'm talking about. I ask them about it and they ought at me or transfer me or just hang up on me. I have the proof in the email that says it was unauthorized and that they came to this conclusion through through investigation. So what can I do
